For over four decades, since its founding by Stanley Fink in 1965, our firm has grown to establish its reputation today as a comprehensive Elder Law Firm. Gene Rosner and Linda Ershow-Levenberg are Certified Elder Law Attorneys under the auspices of the National Elder Law Foundation, the ABA-approved organization recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Lauren Marinaro, who joined the firm in 2006, received the nation's first advanced degree in Elder Law in 2007 from the University of Kansas School of Law.
